Marty has been working in the refrigeration and air conditioning industries since he attained his trade qualifications in 1992. With extensive technical knowledge and almost 3 decades experience in trade and management roles, Marty was well-placed to found Alphacool in 2010.
Prior to starting his own business, Marty worked as the North Queensland Regional Manager for 13 years for a major multi-national company. It was during this period that he recognised a growing demand in the region for expert technical advice and quality products, coupled with exceptional customer service – the philosophy on which Alphacool was formed.

Director
Clint joined Marty shortly after Marty founded the business. Clint is a director of Alphacool and the Port Douglas manager, who brings with him more than 22 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industries. He is a trade-qualified technician and worked and ran the Port Douglas business for a national air conditioning company for 13 years prior to joining Alphacool.

General Manager
Joey has worked in the electrical industry since early 2000 where he started as an industrial electrician. Since completing his qualification he has broadened his knowledge of the trade working in various facets including domestic and commercial construction, Industrial and hazardous area maintenance, fire services and general electrical maintenance and installations.
Joining Alphacool in 2015 as the electrical contractor nominee he has helped shape an important part of the company’s electrical division that now employs 15 full time electricians and apprentices.

Administration Supervisor
Jo is a highly-skilled administration team leader, who draws on her 18-year career in the banking industry. She has worked for 2 of the 4 major banks, and also ran her own business in the air conditioning industry for 8 years.
Jo joined Alphacool almost 2 years ago and brings with her a high level of expertise in business management and customer service, making her a valuable member of the team.
Jo was born and bred in Cairns, but left to pursue her career before happily returning to raise her own family in the Far North, 15 years ago.
